Hire Rightt and Corporate Social Responsibility
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility Program (CSR), Hire Rightt has often given back to the community for everything that it has received over the last decade and more. In giving back to the Educational Sector, HireRightt, in the last five years, has contributed to the construction of two different schools in India, which have been running successfully and caters to the needs of many students.
Based in Kerala – India, these two schools have students from various backgrounds who may not be able to afford the common education otherwise. In doing so, Hire Rightt has ensured that they are given an equal opportunity to succeed in a positive environment, under the guidance of able tutors and teachers, who cater to their needs based on their societal backgrounds.
Hire Rightt has also, on multiple occasions, worked with individuals who have the potential to succeed but not the means. In this case, Hire Rightt has financed the higher studies of multiple individuals, with the way of scholarships, loans, allowances and stipends.
These students, who come from poor economic backgrounds, but who have done well in their education so far, are given an opportunity to broaden their thoughts and for them to open their views and see things that have often come to be thought of as beyond their horizon. In moments that have made all of us at Hire Rightt very proud, some of these students have gone on to claim jobs at Multinational Companies and made a name for themselvesaround the world.
We, at Hire Rightt, are proud of the work we do to support to communities and societies around us, because by way of this, we help those in need, while also encouraging other companies and corporates to lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate.
